Building Envelope – Waterproofing, Air and Vapor Barriers, Exterior Insulation, and Roofing

Buildings sheathing joints and gaps sealed with fiber-reinforced filler, followed by fluid-applied air & water-resistive barrier on the exterior of the building. Applied with exterior foam board insulation complete with gaps and seams filled with fiber-reinforced filler. Application of sheet metal at all contacts of concrete with the sheathing of the building. Window prep, installation, and waterproofing.
